When I installed 3.1 files over my pre-existing 3.0.2 installation and ran the 2 SQL script upgrades I find that my database folder structure is gone but my custom classes, sections, etc in the SETUP tab are there. Where have I gone wrong? Thanks in advance!

Could you turn on debugging and see if you get some SQL errors (or any other errors). It could be that the database wasn't upgraded properly and some fields are missing.

I am running on Windows XP if that helps at all. I got no messages when I execute the SQL script commands (whichi I have got some warnings and errors before so I was pleased and thought it was going smoothly). I looked at the ezcontentobject table and saw that my stuff is still THERE but ti does not show up in the Admin screen. Strange. Would you like for me to paste some lines from table(s) for further inspection?
