eZpublish/knoppix live CD

I've been digging around on the official knoppix site and noticed that an eZ competitor had a great idea:

create a custom CD ISO image with a full linux OS and with their CMS, so that for demo or testing purposes, the installation couldn't be easier--just boot from CD and go.

They are the only CMS with a link to the official Knoppix site:

How much anticipation will we have to pay out until they give up the goods?

They know I'd mirror it and intentionally try to blow 1000GB of bandwidth utilization just to spite myself.

On the other hand I bet it would be fun to start building automatic updating group of mirrors all over the globe.

Hello,Hello Poe ...

They wouldn't stop talking about how they thought it would be fun and boy were they were they ever right, so i guess i just, did it, no one else is here ... so I guess I wrote this thing that does this thing . . I don't mean to be "<i>confusing...</i>", just funny_obscure?

I recently noticed that I missed the notice of the release of the 3.5.1 LiveCD, so I wrote this neat shell script that will build a public mirror the eZ publish LiveCD releases' isos currently <i>only</i> hosted on http://pubsvn.ez.no/livecd.

It was fun cause it was not exactly straight forward or simple to mirror in this way, from a http web directory listing, very educational, the data is just there waiting for ya! Ahhh, mirroring http web server directories without requiring extra tools (httrack,etc) tools or configuration, this script only uses GNU Bash / GNU wget, with room for a little php or perl ;)

ez.no releases are great, I love the hierarchy, but not the simplest to automate a mirror of the free / open source software packages they do release, no anonymous ftp or web directory, usually just have to use the site. It would bee neat if they could do both.

The LiveCD needs 256MB of RAM to boot. Do you have enough RAM available?

Some computers uses part of the RAM For the video card, if this is the case then you need more than 256MB of RAM to boot the LiveCD.

have enough RAM and I don't see the link between the password problem and the RAM.
The password is requested at the time the X server should start to display the KDE Environment.
