Dear translators, The final 4.3 strings are ready for translation! They were pushed yesterday in the central SVN repository for your pleasure ( Rev.11 in the trunk ). The schedule is as follows:
- from today until march 10th: translation fest !
- march 10th: end of translation fest, string integrated into eZ Publish, and translation trunk tagged as 4.3
We have little time to act here, but for the 4.4 version we'll start waaaay earlier, we promise :) As a reminder, the "How-to contribute to translation" is here : http://projects.ez.no/ezpublish_translation Happy translation!

Hi Nicolas, I checked the Dutch translation file and there are still a lot of untranslated text strings. A few questions:
1; Are there known Dutch translators who helped out before?
2; I understand the tool Linquist, but what is the ezlupdate tool used/required for? 3; When I open the Dutch .ts file, I get a popup in Linquist which asks for source language and country, what do I set there? If you could answer the above, I'll have a look if I can contribute to this translation as well, making it more complete. Thanks, Robin

Hi Robin ! My answers : 1/ From the svn log, i can see that at least Derick (Rethans) committed on the dutch translation. But i am sure other persons contributed but did not commit to SVN directly. 2/ ezlupdate is not required for use when doing the actual translation work normally, but rather to administrate the translation files and so. I'll try to make a small explanation of the simple, yet useful administration tasks related to translation. 3/ About your popup: i never had this before, strangely enough. I guess i would answer 'english' and 'UK' (which is our translation base).
Ow, and thanks for the CLA! Cheers !

Ron Schoningh and myself from Myxt Web Solutions have been contributing in the past as well... and willing to do so in the future. There is a whole lot of work to be done, we need more people!
