Is it possible to look at the templates for the demos, without actually installing them?
A bonus question:
Can documentation/information about setting up a forum be found anywhere?

hi,
unzip 3.3.1. look in this directory \ezpublish-3.3-1\kernel\setup\packages
intranet package templates files are in \ezpublish-3.3-1\kernel\setup\packages\intranet\files\default\design.intranet
for example ;)
