charset for texttoimage

Default charset for templates is 8859-2, but it looks like ezP is using different charset for texttoimage - Polish characters are not displayed correctly. The question is how could I tell texttoimage to use ISO-8859-2. If texttoimage is using some characterset, could someone tell me what this charset is
