Version 3.7.0rc1 on Domeneshop.no server is very slow?

We have a customer with an eZ publish installation on Domeneshop's servers. The installation is version 3.7.0rc1.

Since we do not have any experiance with this version or Domeneshop servers, I ask here if anyone have experienced this version to be very slow?

Will an upgrade to 3.7 final solve this issue?
..or is this a problem with the configuration on the server?

Several other performance fixes has been done as well, so 3.7.0 should be alot faster than 3.7.rc1/2
