Problem description :

We have try to configure some node content as hidden in the back office. Then when we try to access them trough there url in the frontoffice (what user may unfortunately do if he had bookmarked the page), we are redirected to the /user/login page. So there is a kernel(1) error raised. This behavior is not the one we expect (we would like better have a not found error raised so at least a kernel 2, 3 or 20 error).

Question :
- is this behavior possible ?
- how can we obtain it (configuration would be better than kernel modifications) ?
- can we customize this behavior for different types of node (example : folders raise kernel(1) and articles kernel(3) ) ?
