iso-8859-1 -> UTF-8?

In MySQL you can do this with myisamchk, haven't converted a PostgreSQL database so you would need to look up the charset conversion in the psql doc. But it isn't done with the db-update. Your templates may also need some adjustments. So it took me around a week of programming / testing to do this job. All in all I can say: Don't do the conversion -) if there is no really important reason and -) if you are not familiar with the code of ez Kind regards, Emill. All in all I can say:
Don't do the conversion
-) if there is no really important reason and
