Hello,

I have a problem with a new ezPublish 4.3 installation on Windows XP. First, the design tab was missing in the top admin. I fixed this with the help of this forum. Now I have the design tab, but in the left menu there is no "templates" link anymore.

However I used an old installation to get the direct link to the template list. But now I encounter the next problem: When I create new override templates they are visible in my admin panel, but the corresponding .tpl file is not generated. Because there are no error messages, I dont have any idea what is going wrong there. I tried to create the file manually after I made the entry in the ezPublish admin panel, but then the template is not used by ezPublish. But when I use the delete button for this entry, the manually added template file will be also deleted.

I found a solution for myself.

If I create override templates from the admin interface, it doesn't work. But if I use the same link ('.../visual/templatelist/' ) for my front end siteaccess, the templates will be created.

Unfortunately, can't be deleted:

The following files and override rules could not be removed because of insufficient file permissions.

But under a window host, shall I setup special file permissions?
