ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: ""

NOTICE: ALTER TABLE / ADD PRIMARY KEY will create implicit index "ezworkflow_event_pkey" for table "ezworkflow_event" NOTICE: ALTER TABLE / ADD PRIMARY KEY will create implicit index "ezworkflow_group_pkey" for table "ezworkflow_group" NOTICE: ALTER TABLE / ADD PRIMARY KEY will create implicit index "ezworkflow_group_link_pkey" for table "ezworkflow_group_link" NOTICE: ALTER TABLE / ADD PRIMARY KEY will create implicit index "ezworkflow_process_pkey" for table "ezworkflow_process" ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "" ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "" Based on other information found on other sites, it appears that this is a problem with the script <b>assuming</b> "" (empty string) is equivalent to "0" (zero). PostgreSQL does not permit this (v. MySQL which apparently, and incorrectly I might add, does permit "" == "0") So, since no one has posted a solution to this, lets talk. Where might this error be coming from? What script? I would rather fix the script than hack PostgreSQL into accepting a bad practice. Thanks, Tim
