When using the debug list on the frontend, "show all templates"
When Administrators click the override button at the bottom it comes up with "Access is denied"
Asking stupid questions so you don't have to!

Have you already added the policy bugfix? Maybe this is the reason for it. Just have a look at the issue tracker...
