the last thing I remember doing is uploading a new site style.

the thing I think I did that was inaccurate was to put the wrong name in the site URL field. (i have many subdomains, and used one I had just been working on, instead of the one I was on)

So after I hit the submit button, the page redirected me to the other subdomain site, which was confusing, but neverthe less, when I go back to the domain I meant to be working on, I can't login, and get access denied error.

So my question is this: where is the data from the field SITE URL stored? in the database or some ini file?

Hi Kevin,

Look in to settings/override/site.ini.append.php or settings/site.ini section [SiteSettings].

Personal website -> http://serwatka.net
Blog (about eZ Publish) -> http://serwatka.net/blog

tried setting those, I think it might have been an Apache glitch, im not sure. but there was a ...append~ that was truncated in the dir.
But nothing I could do could reset it, luckily, the site was a sandbox.

I just reinstalled a new site.

but thanks for your help.
