Unassociated Content objects

I found myself with lot of content objects in contentobject database table not associated to any node (is this properly said ?) in contentobject_tree table. It hapens when two admins was logged in with the same username/pass, editing almost the same object at the same time (inluding move,etc)... Perhaps we did some versioning mess with the content...

Anyhow, now I have many objects that I can not see in the admin interface nor in the user interface .. They are just sitting there behind the scene.. The only way I can see/edit/relocate them is to use "content/edit/<object-id>" URL, geting the right <object-id> from contentobject database table.

The question is: how is it possible to lose content tree so easy and is there a way to browse content objects not associated to nodes? And no, they are not listed in Personal/Drafts list.

Hi, well, i think, it's not a good idea to re-use the same user with multiple persons.... I don't know if ezPublish should support this.
If your object do not have a node id, then they are not accessible through the normal browsing. Excepion: Drafts. But you say, they are not there, too.
Maybe these are old versions of objects? Did you loose the objects from the "content node tree" completly?
Did you check the trashcan?
