Problem with url-alias created in admin interface

"www.cb.dk/creative-encounters" in the admin interface, the system generates the url alias "www.cbs.dk/creative_encouters" (notice "creative_encouters" gets an underscore). Why does the system do that? Is there somewhere in the templates I can change that setting? I use eZ version 4.0.1. I hope you can help me. Best Regards Christina
