WebDav on Windows: 403 Forbidden

I can open the documents, but if try to save the documents I open, i get a 403 error. It must be a permission problem, but how to solve it under Windows? I noticed there is a setting called "StorageFilePermissions" in the site.ini. Is it possible to use that setting?
