Hi!

I've uploaded an extension providing a template operator "ezsmartquotes" which changes the ' and " characters to real typographically correct quotes (among other things). This extension is based on the program "SmartyPants" and can be configured (in the PHP-file at the moment) for languages other than English (in fact, the default at the moment is German as that's what I use).
