MS SQL Server Database Extension - possible to download it?

I don't need the standard or enterprise version, just the MS SQL Server MSDE which is a free product from Microsoft. This extension from Xrow is this possible to download anywhere, so I can integrate it in my MS SQL Server MSDE without costs? http://ez.no/solutions/solutions_and_software/mssql_database_extension
