has anyone figured out a good way to make urls in xmltext sent out in the newsletters fully qualified (with the hostname + not just relative)? i can only think of:
a) overriding link.tpl, ezimage.tpl etc. but that would affect the whole site, not just the emails.
b) hacking one of the newsletter files to do a search + replace of 'src=' + 'href=' etc. but i'd rather not. there must be an easy way, no? cheers
