Debugging eZPublish using Zend

Hello all,

Usually I use Zend IDE to edit and debug my php applications. Set breakpoints etc, examine variables. However, eZPublish seems to be too complex to debug through this Zend debugging system. Is there anyone else who has this problem? Have you been able to fix it, maybe by using another editor?

Thanks!
Clemens

I use the Zend IDE and can debug without a problem. It's certainly not fast so you need a bit of patience.

I regularly do the debugging on the Linux system that's running the ezPublish server which is a lot faster than doing any sort of remote debugging.

I haven't tried setting up ezPublish on my Intel Laptop yet but I'm hopping I can write and debug quicker.

Regards
Fats
