How do I get the runcronjobs.php to work.

I am new to ez publish and am having trouble interpreting the comments in the formum on running the runcronjobs.php.

My site is o a virtual host at hostrocket.com.
PHP is installed as a module, NOT as cgi.

Given this, should I be able to run the runcronjobs.php file from the browser? ie: www.mysite.com/runcronjobs.php

What do I have to do to get this working? I think I read something about modifying the rewrite rules somewhere but didn'
t quite understand it. I don't care if people can run this script from anywhere, so what do I have to include in my .htaccess file to modify the reright rules (if that's correct)?

Is there any other etting I need to cahnge?
