Hi people, after run setup wizard i've noted that no change was written to file site.ini.is it correct or i must modify site.ini and the run wizard ?

This has to do with ezpublish's override mechanisms. Please read the "TSCM" tutorial (Building an ezpublish site:

). Does the site seem to run properly?

My question was simply:
does the setup wizard modify site.ini ?

NO, crate new site.ini file in settings/override/site.ini.append.php and setings/siteaccess/prefix/site.ini.append.php
