So, even though my webserverprovider don't bother answering support inqueries, I assumed they had upgraded to php4.4 and went for the ez 3.7 upgrade. Now my site works, allthough it's really slow. But no admin. I guess it's because the new install is not configured to usinng "plain" layout. Here's the result of trying to access admin: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/knutnes/public_html/lib/ezutils/classes/ezini.php on line 518
Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request
The execution of eZ publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.
When following the install-guide I did the update scripts witout the "-s admin_siteaccess_name", as I didn't comprehend what to type here, my username din't work. Should the scripts be run with "-s plain_dbusr", or such? When trying to clear cache, I got permission issues, so I checked out the cache folder in var, it was empty. How do I get the admin interface to work? And why is the site so slow?
Thanks Knut
