I got this nice message when I tried to browse our site this morning:

"Unsupported PHP version 4.4.1
You cannot use this PHP version with eZ publish 3.6.1. You will need to upgrade to eZ publish version 3.7 or higher."

I cant find any good information on how two perform a upgrade between the two versions. Some idea on how and where I can find som documentation?

Not very happy with my ISP at the moment.

Regards.

Have a look at http://ez.no/community/news/ez_publish_3_7_0

If your ISP upgraded the php version from the 3.3.x branch to the 3.4.x branch, then you NEED to upgrade to eZ 3.7
See why here http://ez.no/community/articles/reference_issues

Thanks.

I have already seen that documentation. The upgrade document contains information about upgrading to 3.6, not from 3.6 to 3.7: http://ez.no/download/changelogs/ez_publish_3_6/upgrading.

But maybe the approach is the same?

Hi!

if you see here in the news

http://ez.no/community/news/ez_publish_3_7_0

to upgrade documentation it redirect to

http://ez.no/download/changelogs/ez_publish_3_6/upgrading

so the steps to upgrad from 3.6.x to 3.7.x are same

just 3.7.x are with references stuffs.....

Just take backup of all and follow steps in the link.

All the best :-)

Thanks a lot.

The upgrade was straight forward. I used about 4 hours on the task.
