Hi,

I'm trying to setup ezPublish and I have an Apache error message "unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) at 0x00dd3937".

My configuration :
Windows XP Pro SP 2 / IIS desinstalled
Apache 2.0.59
Php 4.4.4
MySQL 5.0.27
(WAMP 5)

ezPublish is installed as http://localhost/ezPublish-3.8.6 without Alias nor VirtualHost. But I get the same error with VirtualHost and/or Alias.

What to do ?

Many thanks

Hi Bruno

When exactly do you get this error? Right when starting the installation or later? If later, at what step? Also please check the error log of your php installation, maybe there is something interesting in there.

Hi Claudia,

This error message is displayed when I attempt to execute ezpublish-3.8.6/index.php just after unzipping ezPublish. There is no new line in the PHP error log file for this. There is nothing on the screen except the Apache error message.

Here is the logs in the Apache error log file for one attemp to execute the index.php file.

What's about the Tim's message https://ez.no/community/forum/install_configuration/how_do_i_install_ez_publish_on_windows which say's "eZpublish has some issues with Apache 2 (or at least has had so relatively recently)" ?

No. It's a 5 five years old desktop HP/Compaq used for development, just 32 bits.

I got similar issues but mine might be 64 bit related...

I don't have my issues on php4.4.2

though 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 are affected

Hi Björn,

Thanks for this indication for resolving the problem. I try to downgrade for PHP 4.4.2, but I always have the issue. I will try with a PHP 4.3.x version
