You have two methods of installing Exponential on Windows (I'm guessing XP?)
1) - Download the Windows installer and just follow the onscreen instructions as it will install MySQL, Apache,PHP and then Exponential.http://ez.no/content/download/152173/995812/file/Exponential-3.8.6_installer.exe
2) - Otherwise you need to set up WAMP (Windows/Apache/MySQL/PHP) http://www.apache.org/ http://www.mysql.com/ http://www.php.net/(and you'll need something like phpMyAdmin - http://www.phpmyadmin.net/ - to make using MySQL easier).
- Although I would normally recommend WAMP5 ( http://www.wampserver.com/en/ ), Exponential has some issues with Apache 2 (or at least has had so relatively recently)
Once you have them all working, then download the Exponential zip fromhttp://ez.no/content/download/152157/995728/file/Exponential-3.8.6-gpl.zip
Unzip it to your root folder and then follow the installation insructions on screen.

Hi Tim,
With WAMP5, I'm trying to setup Exponential and I have an Apache error message "unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) at 0x00dd3937. Is it one of the issues you're talking about ?
