i have tried for hundred times of reinstallation, and i can not open index.php?/home_admin on my laptop, there are no warning after system check now after i install php as module of apache. apache 1.3.31 + php 4.3.8 + mysql3.23.51 +winxp i have confideces before to make ez work, but this time it cannot work, when i want to access admin site , it will go to default page. why? there are two strange things: 1.same codes work good in shared host, but i cannot open it because "execute time 30" problem.2.i changed execute time to 90 on my laptop, but i cannot access admin site
so sad! i want to build a big site using ez3.5. but now i cannot use it on my PC or sharehost too.
i find ez behave differen on these two site, the installation URL is /index.php? on shared host. but /index.php on my PC. i want get that '?' appear in my PC. how?
even ez3.4.1 works before ,now cannot work on my PC, why? how can i find that '?'.
all sitesetting is same. but different result. i cannot access admin site on my PC.

OK - it seems to me that the difference between what you are running on your PC, and what is runnig on your server is the PHP module.
You say that you are running PHP as an Apache module on your PC? - If that's the case, then you will not see index.php?/home_adminInstead it should be index.php/home_admin (No ?)
If the path is index.php?/home_admin on your host, then they are using PHP as a CGI, this shouldn't cause a problem (my host does this too), but the path will look different.
Basically, just don't use the ? in your URLs on your laptop, and all should work ok.If you really want that ? in your URLs, then install PHP as a CGI module on your laptop too ;)
Hope that made seom sense,
Tim
