Ho to install forum or gallery ?

First i want say thanks developers for his great software .
Yesterday i install website on a new server and it is works great .
In the proces of installations i choos a corporate website .
So my question is ?
How do i can add forum , gallery , blog and news site .
Do i need to run installations again and choos diferent options like gallery or forum ?
Do i have to run installations of forum or gallery in same folder or i must have a separete folder ?
Do i can use files allready uploded on my server or i have to uplad files again i diferent folder?
Can somebudy point me please on right directions?
