Something wrong

I need a lot of help here, something's going pretty wrong. I wanted to install the weblog system but it's just not working out. I've got all the files uploaded to my website, but when I access index.php, it says my configurations are wrong, and when I press one of the buttons it forwards to an incorrect link. I assume my problem is based somewhere around this error. I'm looking for help and someone to show me what I've done wrong. My site is at http://sfy.bountyhost.com if you need an example.
