When i try to run the runcronjobs.php from command line i get "PHP is currently using the 'cgi' interface. Make sure it is using the 'cli' interface."
I have installed eZ using the RedHat9 installer.
Can anyone help me solving this problem?

Hi,
You have to configure PHP with CLI option on your server. Ez will not configure PHP when you install using installers. You could contact your system administrator regarding this.

I am not a system admin. So, I do not have further details on this. http://php3.de/manual/en/features.commandline.php This was the link I gave to my sys admin when he had asked details regarding CLI. Hope you find this userful.

if the redhat installer is not able to setup php as cli you might wanna file a bug report

If you use this workaround some parts of eZ will simply not work!

Hi Björn
Which ones? I've been using it for a number of sites for a couple of weeks now. It only effects the update & cron scripts not the day to day running of the ez Publish application (admin and user sites).
