error when inserting an image in the xml block

Hi,

I have a problem when I inserted a picture in my XML block , in fact, if I add an existing object there is no problem, but if I add a new object, specifically a picture, I have this error :

Fatal error: Call to a member function insertSimpleString() on a non-object in /var/www/mysite/deve/kernel/classes/ezcontentupload.php on line 675
Fatal error: eZ Publish did not finish its request

The execution of eZ Publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

Hi,

I've the same problem with eZ 4.1.3:

I know that isn't a bug because ez is in Multisite configuration and I haven't troubles with others admin's sites, but I'm unable to find what's the difference that causes issues. When I enable debug the only relevant errors that I can find are:

Does anyone know how to fix this?
