Bad words detection

This feature request is part of Community Roadmap

Description

Simple worklofw event to validate any content before publish. The goal is to check if any bad word is not in the content. If one or more is in it, the content is automatically refused.
Notifications are sent to the editor -- user in the case of ugc.
Bad word list should be very easy to manage.
