PDF download of template API

I understand it changes regularly, but going through a sequential document is sometimes easier. Plus you can print a pdf for offline viewing.

However, we will be working very hard with documentation in the upcoming development cycle. This means that the stuff that you're requesting will be available sometime during the first quarter of 2004 (both web and PDF versions). In the mean time: please use the current web docs; if you're unsure about something: ask in the forum. Balazs
