ez.no Forum Suggestion

Since so many of the forum posts are requesting help from other users, it might be nice for the person who starts a thread to be able to close it, or at least give it a status of "resolved". This would help those who like to help out by answering questions to see which still have the status of unresolved.

I suggest this because often a message that has a reply has still not be satisfactorily resolved. Moderators should have the ability to mark a thread as resolved as well.

Turning Ideas Into Strategic Solutions

This is a bit of a twist on the above...

The introduction of the FAQs is good idea but they are not as visible as they could be. A lot of FAQs get asked and answered in the forums (many times over). It would be good to have a link to the FAQs in the RH column of the forum pages to give them more visibility.

Also it would be good to be able to rate answers to queries. This would give an indication of those queries that have answers and the suitability of the solution that was put forward.

Replies that have a high rating could be moved to the FAQ at the end of the month.

Cheers
Bruce
