button 'Create here'

pieter schultz	Sunday 12 February 2006 2:18:21 am Hello, I maintain a news website. When I want to add a new article then I have to scroll down to click on the button 'Create here'. Is it possible to put this button at the top so that I'm not more obliged to use my scroll bar? Thanx! Pieter Schultz
