"Assign to section" link more prominently in admin2 interface

I think sections are one of the most simple, yet powerful features of eZ, because they aid tremendously in both setting permissions, and changing the look and feel in a single click.  The problem is, the sections are placed somehere in a dark place under the setup tab. I think they deserve a more prominent place! ;)

When I want to assign a section to a certain part of the content tree, I have to go to setup > sections and click the assign button at the applicable section. To assign a section to a single node, you can also select the section in the admin2/content/view template, but then you have to edit the object.

It would be nice if there was an "Assign to section" button somewhere in the upper tabs of the admin2/content/view template (show, details, locations etc) and/or under the "More actions" button of the new subitems menu. This means less clicks.

I must agree with this.

As much as there is room for object states under the Details tab of an object's full view (in the back-office), there should at least be room for sections here. Adding-up to this statement is the relative usefulness of object states compared to sections.

Cheers,

This would be a really nice thing to add, and wouldn't be a major change. I'll see if I can work it up and submit a pull request in the next couple of weeks.

Excellent.

Pull requests are one of the most awesome things on earth, for open-source projects.
