Using/activating user account?

After storing the new user, an e-mail will be sent to the specified address but on localhost I don't know how to activate it. Question 2: I want to setup a site where each logged user can store some object (picture, webpage...). I thought that each user would have a subfolder where his/her stuff would reside and this subfolder nodeID would be saved in the user account. The problem is that I don't know how to do that. Is there a simple way to accomplish his? Thanks in advance. Ps: When I set Debug=enabled in site.ini [TemplateSettings] the command buttons sometimes disapper on the bottom of page.

Hi,

1:
