[UserSettings] - unsucessful registrationMail parameter usage

Hello.
I try to get the site admin receiving email whenever a user has been registered. For the moment that does not work.
0. Using last 3.4 release
1. Mail config is OK as I have configured the VerifyUserEmail and it is working fine
2. I tried to configure registrationMail on site.ini and/or site.ini.append.php.

With none of the three config possibilities I have tried, I can manage to have the admin receiving an email when a new user is registered.
Has someone an idea what might be wrong?

Hi there.
Did that too. Spelling and email address correctness are ok.
I defined those 2 parameters on site.ini and its corresponding override for the site(with two different values).
That's ok I suppose.
