This bug report mentions sorting by updated children:
http://ez.no/community/bug_reports/forum_posts_are_not_sorted_by_last_post_anymore It was added to the current trunk as of 16/02 so I guess this at least should be a feature of 3.4beta2, but I wonder how to actually implement this, any ideas?
