Site not updated when publishing content

I have published a website of mine on a production server and enabled ViewCaching. And now I have a big issue...

When I create a new content object, the parent node is not updated. It is a standard folder containing articles.

If I update any content object, the changes are not applied to the page itself.

I have to clear all cache to get the pages updated.

I have tried with SmartCacheClear enabled and disabled...

Any clue ? I'm really worried here :)

Same problem here with ViewCaching on, SmartCacheClear is disabled.

Site is running on 3.6.1 (upgraded from a 3.4 site where it was working).

Ah, at least it's not a settings bug...

I suppose that you have disabled ViewCaching ?

It looks like a major bug doesn't it ?

This might help you:

By the way, there is no reason to turn of the SmartCacheClear. It does not turn the smartcache mechanism completely off, but only does less cache invalidation. When SmartCacheClear is on does cache get cleared for related objects and so on..
