setting handlerIndex is invalid

Hello there,

After a restore of ez publish files, we get this error on debug.log:

Unexpected error, the message was : The value '' that you were trying to assign to setting 'handlerIndex' is invalid.

Can someone at ez systems help me resolve this bug?

I guess you are using 4.1? (please always write some info on your setup)
There is something wrong with one of your handler settings, take a look in doc/bc/4.1/changes-4.1.0.txt witch as of 4.1.1 contains info on the changes in the handler settings in 4.1.x.

All /settings/*.ini files were missing...
