Resultpage custom form not showing

Good morning,

I've created a custom form class following the guidelines in the following article:
http://ez.no/developer/articles/how_to_create_ez_publish_forms

Everything works great, except the fact that when submitting the form, the result page is not shown. Instead EZ redirects back to the form page. I've created a template in /design/[mydesign]/templates/content/collectedinfo/ and placed the following lines in collect.ini.append.php:
[DisplaySettings]
DisplayList[myform]=result

I'm also sending an email when the form is submitted, and that works. I'd just like to let the visitor know that the form has been submitted.

Any help would be appreciated.
TIA,

Vivienne

Bump.
Not only do I have the problem that the resultpage is not shown, but when not all required fields are filled, EZ redirects back to the form but does not inform the visitor of the problem. Any help with this second problem would also be appreciated.
TIA,

Vivienne

Bump again.

I've build another form where I'm having the same problem (actually, I haven't been able to build forms that work according to the tutorial http://ez.no/developer/articles/how_to_create_ez_publish_forms).

As I've mentioned before, after submitting the form, EZPublish redirects back to the form. In the addressbar of the browser, however, the following address is shown: http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php/content/collectedinfo/161. I've placed a template in the /design/[mydesign]/templates/content/collectedinfo/, but obviously am not seeing it. I'd really like some help on this one, as I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

TIA,

Vivienne

Good morning again,

I'm beginning to think that everyone has the same problem as me, as apparently no one can help me fix it. Creating a form that is being handled correctly by EZPublish should not be this hard :-(. Is there any reason why I get to see the form again, when the addressbar of the browser says I'm looking at http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php/content/collectedinfo/161

EZPublish version 4.1.3, Debug is on, but does not show any errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
