Hi. I am trying to make reCaptcha Extension work with users registration but it is not working at all... you could simply put whatever you want in the reCaptcha and you will be instantly registered. I checked the instructions for the Comments implementation and I almost copied them... but no luck. Has anyone implemented this extension in the registry form?

Am I missing something?

Cheers

Hi Luis,

Which extension are you using ?

I use this one:

http://projects.ez.no/recaptcha

and it works fine for me (used with comments).

reCaptcha presents 2 words:

  • we have to write the first one exactly as it is
  • the second one is to help the Carnegie Mellon University project (and you can type whatever you want - see https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/ReCAPTCHA)

Pascal, thanks for replying.

Yes I am using that contribution... somehow is not responding I can even dont write anything... I think I am missing something to force the registry form to do this... How did you implemented it on comments? can you paste an example of how you wrote the code?

Cheers
