One of the product options I would like to offer on a site is an option to register a spouse for an event. If they do register a spouse, I need to be able to collect the name of that spouse when adding that product to the basket. The multi-option works really good for all of the other options, but will not help me here. Has any one done anything like this? I am hesitant to build it into the class because it will not be part of every product. Is there a way to customize a product with a text field that can collect information on a product order in a way similar to how multioption allows options to be added to a product?
