Hi, I just installed ezpublish 4.3.0 with the plain site package. Looking at the image in the setup wizard, that looked closest to what I want. But now I realize it was a misstake, because it has nothing on it. No menus or anything but an index page.

Could anyone guide me to an article about how to install a new package, or how to set up everything from scrach? I mean, the documentation shows how to install a new package if you actually DO have a GUI, but that doesn't help me much...

For reference, this his how it looks like now: http://www.cuddly-zombie.com/

Welcome Marius!

Snapshot of your site at this moment looks like eZ is ready to install.

Do that, and select either ezwebin or ezflow with demo at the packages stage and please report back.

Yes, that's because I ended up uninstalling ez publish completely, then re-uploaded the files right before I went to bed, so instead of figuring out how to work with the plain site, I now have the website package to work with. Thanks for the reply anyway :)

It is also possible to switch package choices by forcibly restarting an install.

In settings/override/site.ini.append set CheckValidity=true. Then load the site to start again from the installation screen. Make a different package choice when the opportunity is presented.

The final paragraph before the comments.
