Could I change title, description and keywords of each page of my site ?
I want my pages have all a different title.

Yes, you have to see the file : page_head.tpl
Normally, with ezpublish this is done automatically.

The title is dynamic based on the object. The meta tag and keyword is not usually variable unless you customize
