Overriding pagelayout.tpl for a custom module

I have been looking for documentation on how to override pagelayout.tpl for custom modules without success. Here's the problem.

I have created a custom module that needs to be able to use a seperate pagelayout.tpl file from my main site. However the module doesn't have a sectionID, classID, or nodeID linked to it so there seems to be no way I can create an override for it in override.ini.append like I have been doing for standard eZp content.

example:
http://localhost/mysite/mymodule/myview
needs to use pagelayout.tpl located in:
design/mysite/templates/mymodule/pagelayout.tpl
instead of:
design/mysite/templates/pagelayout.tpl

Without the ID's mentioned above I am uncertain how to do this. I know its possible though... somehow... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Ah yes, thanks Claire,

$Result['pagelayout'] = 'mypagelayout.tpl';

was all I needed.

Thanks for your quick response, it is much appreciated.
