Separately I am attempting to configure notifications for a whole User Group, or alternatively to manually set up notifications on behalf of individual users. Individual users could in principle subscribe themselves, but this requires a lot of effort on their part, especially as new elements of the site are emerging as it evolves. Can I subscribe users or user groups as an administrator? How?
