Do you have access to the server? If so, you can install the corporate templates and db over the existing plain setup. The steps (and I'm working from memory here, so I hope I get it right - I assume you have a fresh install of EZ including the corporate template on a dev box) - shut down mysql, and move all the files from dev /var/lib/mysql/corporate to /var/lib/mysql/plain on the prod box. - move all the files from design/corporate on dev to design/plain on prod - you'll need to make sure that settings/override/site.ini.append.php, settings/siteaccess/plain/site.ini.append and settings/siteaccess/plain_admin/site.ini.append have the right db and site names - finally, move over var/corporate/storage from the dev box to var/plain/storage if there are any files you want to use from the corporate install. I think that's it - if it doesn't work, let me know. I'm not sure what the policy in the forums is regarding commercial messages, but you might want to look at the ez hosting partners page to find someone who might be a bit more willing to work with you
