Hi !

I'm working on a new EZP 4.0 ezflow install, and I only want to use the French langage.

The problem is that although I have configured my backoffice site.ini like this :

[RegionalSettings]
Locale=fre-FR
ContentObjectLocale=fre-FR
ShowUntranslatedObjects=enabled
SiteLanguageList[]
SiteLanguageList[]=fre-FR
TextTranslation=disabled

EZP always ask me in what language I want to create new objects...

I know that is there a possibility to add an hidden field in edit templates but I'm looking for a more nice solution (by ex. totally disabling the english langage).

Thanks in advance !

Strange, my experience is that eZ doesn't ask that if there's only one language defined for the system...

Hi,

It's normal because with eZFlow, you will install a content package and those content are in another language than the one you chose.
If you want a clean install, prefer the plain site package and then install other package of eZFlow (without the content one).

Hi,

Thanks for your help !

I'm looking for a way to nicely uninstall this packages (and by the way the English language) without having to reinstall my EZP instance because I have already worked on it.

So I have uninstalled the "ezflow_democontent" package, but English is still here.

Do you think this is because the ezflow classes are in English ? Perhaps the solution is to translate all classes from English to French ?

Yeap,

You can't delete a language with existing content. You must "kill" all the English content or turn them in French ones.So, you can uninstall the english language.
Esaier to say that to do.

It's logic, I'll try this.

Many thanks ;)

Hi !

It's OK, the problem was to translate any classes in French, then turn French in main langugage, and finally remove the English language for all classes.

After that I was able to definitively delete the English language.

Many thanks !
