Trying to install eZ for the first time. Uploaded code and going thru install.

Can't get past the mySQL screen - keep getting the error message "Please input database access information in the form below. "

Servername: localhost (works for 20+ other cms installed)
Port: (Haven't a clue - never asked for in the other 20+ cms I've installed)
Username: mySQL user name
Password: (pw for mySQL)
Socket: (left blank)

So I'm guessing eZ wants a super secret Port number - I've tried 80 and 8080 and 8085 and have a request to the hosting site if they have a guess what it might be.

Why is eZ asking for this when no other cms I've installed cares?

Thanks for any help.

the default mysql port is 3306

if you enter nothing eZ should use this automaticly

Got it to work - don't know what I did wrong but I'm up and running.

Thanks for the feedback.
